At Blessed Pathways, we provide personalised NDIS core supports designed around your individual goals, strengths, and lifestyle. As a registered NDIS provider based in Ashfield, Sydney, our team of skilled and caring support workers is committed to helping you build independence, maintain relationships, and live confidently in your community.

In-Home Personal Care & Daily Living Assistance

Dignified, professional in-home support with everyday personal tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and household management. Our support workers are trained to deliver respectful, person-centred care in your own home.

Stay connected and engaged with your community through our NDIS-funded community access programs. We support participants to enjoy social, recreational, cultural, and educational activities, helping build friendships, skills, and a sense of belonging.

Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individual Living Options (ILO) services provide ongoing daily support in a shared or individual home setting. We work with you to build the skills and confidence to live as independently as possible.

Our Short-Term Accommodation and respite services give participants a comfortable, safe place to stay while providing caregivers with a well-deserved break. NDIS-funded STA is available for eligible participants with an approved plan.

We help NDIS participants maintain a safe and tidy living environment through regular home and garden maintenance services, including lawn mowing, garden care, and general upkeep, supporting health, safety, and independence at home.

What is an NDIS registered provider?
